Chicken Banner-5954Every Wednesday in del Alma, we offer a 3-course dinner for $30 dollars. Choose one tapa, one entrée and one dessert from our always changing menu. Pair it with your favorite wine, cocktail or beer for the perfect midweek dinner.

First Course

Crispy crushed potatoes tossed with spicy bravas sauce, served with slow-roasted bacon slab, aioli, cucumber escabeche, pea greens

Roasted Beets
Roasted beets, chile de arbol and goat cheese vinaigrette, orange and jalapeño marmalade, hazelnuts, fennel

Three-chile rubbed pork tenderloin served with heirloom tomatoes, chipotle yogurt, basil gel, cucumber pico de gallo

Chicken and smoked tomato-poblano rajas in cremas with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, and pico de gallo, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, ranchera sauce
