Roasted King salmon, smoked tomato-poblano rajas, and crema rolled in crispy corn tortillas, served with red cabbage slaw and chipotle remoulade

Served with mole rojo, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, epazote, crema Mexicana, sweet pea greens

Chorizo Verde Tacos
Chorizo verde tacos with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, and onion and cilantro, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, salsa ranchera

With toasted coconut flake and Chantilly cream
