Yucatán style BBQ pork served with black bean purée, cotija, pickled red onions, guacamole, and warm flour tortillas

Lamb Tacos
Braised lamb in salsa ranchera tacos with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, crema Mexicana, onion and cilantro, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, salsa ranchera

Third Course
