Served with roasted potatoes, cherry tomatoes, smoked tomato aioli, fresh herb salsa verde

Cochinita Tacos
Yucatán style BBQ pork tacos with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, cotija, and pickled onions, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, salsa ranchera
