Second Course

Cochinita Pibil
Yucatán style BBQ pork with black bean purée, queso cotija, pickled red onions, guacamole, and warm flour tortillas

Chicken Tacos
Grilled chicken with smoked tomato-poblano rajas in crema with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, cotija, and pico de gallo, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, ranchera sauce
