Chicken Banner-5954Every Wednesday at del Alma, we offer a 3-course dinner for $30 dollars. Choose one tapas, one entrée, and one dessert from our always changing menu. Pair it with your favorite wine, cocktail or beer for the perfect midweek dinner.

Fresh corn tortilla chips tossed with salsa ranchera, served with cotija, crema Mexicana, onion and cilantro

Crispy potatoes served with cashew “queso” blanco, pico de gallo, avocado-tomatillo salsa, jalapeño, radish, blackening spice

Second Course

Caldo Verde
Tomatillo-jalapeño broth served with salmon mousseline, chochoyotes, delicata squash, napa cabbage, pico de gallo, radish

Beef Tacos
Beef in salsa ranchera tacos with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, cotija, onion and cilantro, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, salsa ranchera

Third Course

Mexican Mocha Crème Brulée
Garnished with fresh nutmeg and Chantilly cream

Key Lime Pie
Toasted coconut, graham cracker crust, coconut gelée, candied lime zest

Dark Chocolate Truffles
Toasted coconut truffles with chocolate praline, avocado mousse, cocoa nibs, passion fruit curd,spiced hazelnuts, and Chantilly cream
