Chicken Banner-5954Every Wednesday in del Alma, we offer a 3-course dinner for $30 dollars. Choose one tapa, one entrée and one dessert from our always changing menu. Pair it with your favorite wine, cocktail or beer for the perfect midweek dinner.

Lightly seared and chilled yellowtail served with potato taquitos, pastor aioli, roasted pineapple, chile de arbol, and sesame salsa, sweet pea greens (contains raw fish)

Crispy sunchokes tossed with fried lemon, green onion, parsley, and pimiento cheese

Second Course

Cochinita Pibil
Yucatán style BBQ pork served with black bean purée, cotija, pickled red onions, guacamole, and warm flour tortillas

Beef Mole Tacos
Ground beef in mole rojo tacos with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, crema Mexicana, onion and cilantro, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, salsa ranchera

Toasted coconut truffles with chocolate praline, avocado mousse, cocoa nibs, passion fruit curd, spiced hazelnuts, Chantilly cream
