Chicken Banner-5954Every Wednesday in del Alma, we offer a 3-course dinner for $30 dollars. Choose one tapa, one entrée and one dessert from our always changing menu. Pair it with your favorite wine, cocktail or beer for the perfect midweek dinner.

Crispy chickpea fritter served with cucumbers in escabeche, basil-pepita pesto,  chipotle spiced yogurt, pea greens

Glazed Pork Belly
Agave and strawberry glazed pork belly served with mint crema and a salad of grilled tomatillos, fresh strawberries, garlic, jalapeño

Second Course

Grilled Pork Loin
Three-chile adobo rubbed pork loin served with fresh potato salad, chipotle-cola BBQ sauce, mesclun greens, onion rings

Grilled Chicken Tacos
Grilled chicken tacos with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, and crema Mexicana, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, ranchera sauce

Third Course
