Chicken Banner-5954Every Wednesday in del Alma, we offer a 3-course dinner for $30 dollars. Choose one tapa, one entrée and one dessert from our always changing menu. Pair it with your favorite wine, cocktail or beer for the perfect midweek dinner.

First Course

Roasted Delicata Squash
First-of-the-season delicata squash served with a brown butter piloncillo vinaigrette, toasted hazelnuts, fresh apple, roasted mushrooms

Potato and Chorizo Flauta
Flour tortillas rolled with Oaxacan-style chorizo and potato, served with a chorizo hollandaise, roasted chile guisado, sweet pea greens

Second Course

Blackened Albacore
Lightly seared albacore served with a warm salad of green beans, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and aji Amarillo aioli

Prawn Tacos
Prawn tacos with guacamole, mojo-napa cabbage slaw, chipotle remoulade, pineapple, chile de arbol, and sesame salsa, served with black beans and achiote rice

Black Bean and Wild Mushroom Enchiladas
Mushrooms, black beans, and queso botanero rolled in corn tortillas, served with mojo-napa slaw, cotija, ranchera sauce

Third Course

Jericalla con Buñuelos
Jalisco-style custard, fried buñuelos with cinnamon sugar, honey caramel, lavender cremeux, honey anglaise, ground cherries, hazelnuts, blueberries, hazelnut ice cream

Dark Chocolate Truffles
Cinnamon-dusted and served with chocolate praline, avocado mousse, cocoa nibs, passion fruit curd, spiced hazelnuts, “pop rocks”, smoked cinnamon ice cream
