del Alma, owned and operated by Kinn Edwards and Carolyn Krueger, is a New Latin restaurant inspired by the flavors and cuisines of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain. del Alma means literally"from the soul", and it is Kinn and Carolyn's desire to create an experience that reflects their passion for excellent service, warm hospitality, and great food.
