We are excited to announce “Sushi Thursdays!” at Dulce del Alma. Every Thursday, we will be offering a selection of Nikkei, a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine based on fresh fish and seafood combined with the traditional flavors of Peru. Come and check out our take on this cultural culinary fusion which is quickly gaining popularity not just in Peru, but across the globe. April 17th Menu:

Hamachi Tiradito 10.

Thin-sliced hamachi, red onion, and sweet potato served with a sauce of aji Amarillo, Piquillo, garlic, and lime


Seared Scallop Ceviche 10.

Served with grapefruit, marinated cucumbers, avocado, aji Amarillo gel, tobikko


Crab Roll 10.

Dungeness crab, spicy mango, cucumber, red onion, and toasted sesame seeds


Yellowtail Roll 10.

Mushroom escabeche, avocado, cucumber, and green chile aji Amarillo sauce


Spicy Tuna Roll 10.

Ahi tuna, aji panca, potato salad, avocado, and charred jalapeño-smoked paprika aioli
